Overview
Onfire Health is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you meaningful choices about how your personal information is used. This page describes the rights available to you under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and explains how to exercise them.
Your Rights

Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we share certain data with partners (such as Google Analytics and advertising services) in ways that may constitute "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law. You may opt out by:

Please include your full name and a description of the specific right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 15 business days. In some cases we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. We may extend our response time as permitted by applicable law.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and may verify your identity directly.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected — including financial recordkeeping, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive a different level of service or pricing as a result of making a request under this page.
Minors
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
California Privacy Rights Addendum
This addendum supplements our Privacy Policy and applies specifically to California residents. In the event of any conflict between this addendum and the Privacy Policy, this addendum controls for California residents.
Capitalized terms not defined in this addendum have the meanings given in the Onfire Health Privacy Policy.
Categories of Information We Collect
We collect the categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy, which may include identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, and inferences drawn from that information.
Responding to Requests
For verifiable consumer requests submitted under the CCPA, we will respond within 45 days of receipt. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, and will notify you of the extension within the initial 45-day period.
